I will lead a plant ramble at the Fleur and Forage I will lead a plant ramble at the Fleur and Forage Herbal Studio from 5-7PM n June 11th. Mountain Mint Distillation Workshop at Stellar Roo Mountain Mint Distillation Workshop at Stellar Roots Farm. We harvested, chopped and distilled about 1.2kg of fresh plant matter and ended up with 1L of hydrosol and about 20mL of essential oil. The hydrosol is invigorating and cooling.
