Thank you @earthrichherbs for inviting me to harvest #chamomile for the #fleurandforagefreeclinic 💚 .
Thanks to my parents and the kids for spending Sunday morning harvesting with me💚.
The house smelled so good as it was being dehydrated on the lowest temperature. The dried flowers will be used in tea and glycerite blends that will be passed out at the free clinic.

I am #grateful for #localgrower , #localfarmers and #community. It really does take a village to run this herbal free clinic💚.

Happy Mother's Day to all the moms out there🌷! It is probably be the hardest thing I do but I am #grateful for my kids daily❤...they are showing me so much about myself, becoming a person and the world. Here is to many more adventures!
I am also grateful for all the moms I have met and formed deep friendships with since becoming a mom 8 years ago.

We spent the day restocking our 5 herbal spice shakers and created a new recipe (to be shared on Patreon). These have been quite popular @mercychurchatl as our guests can use them to flavor their food and add nutrients.

Posted @withregram • @marmejmu Happy with my nutrient herb shaker I made in the self care class with @fleurandforageatl and @_unfolding_moon_botanicals We learned to identified herbs, made a delicious pesto with some herbs we harvested and we made a herb shaker to add nutrients to food. I added it to my breakfast this morning, it was delicious!

Lemon balm tea party with a couple different infusions; one by moonlight and one by sunlight. This was followed by an Herb Scavenger Hunt and lemon balm cookies 😋. The recipe is from "Foraged and Grown" by @themedicinecircle which were delicious and devoured by both kids and adults.

Today was our busiest day yet! We saw 21 people with 11 people being newcomers.

We passed out:
🌼 48 oz of glycerites
🌼 12 herbal spices shakers
🌼 11 hydrosols + sniffers
🌼 28 salves
🌼 35 tea bags
🌼 19 bags of vitamins, DGL's and other supplements
🌼 7 bags of Triphala and Suga' Fix
🌼 2 foot powders + 2 foot spritz

@nschimke11 also offered Reiki

The apprentices and I will be busy over the next few weeks making medicine to replenish the Apothebox.

Did you know that willow has a strong smell? I had never paid attention until we wove soap trays with it. Try it one day and let me know what you think;).

#grateful for a week of camping and running the first aid station at Rivercane Rendezvous. We passed out lots of herbal electrolytes since it was so hot and saw lots of foot injuries and ant bites. Looking forward to the next one! Also super grateful for the crew that signed up to volunteer, this was the smoothest station yet!!
