Thank you @the_ginger_people for donating a box full of Gin Gins and other ginger products to the Fleur + Forage Free Clinic. The folks we serve love getting a handful of Gin Gins anytime they see us.

These will be added to the Fleur + Forage Apothebox and passed out at our upcoming set-ups (Toesday on 10/29; Mercy Community Church on 10/30; Friendship Center on 11/14).

Snapshots from our Herbal First Aid + Certification workshop (weekend #1). Yesterday, we made all the herbal preparations (tinctures and oils) that need to macerate for a month. Today, Lisa guided us through the CPR portion of the certification (my 8 year old enjoyed taking the class too). The second portion of the workshop will take place at the end of October.
