This year's #herbcart training is happening from O

This year's #herbcart training is happening from October 20th-22nd.This training is required for anyone interested in volunteering with the #fleurandforagefreeclinic . During the training we will go over the different protocols, remedies and forms that we use on the Cart.

It is a great opportunity to practice and refine your herbal clinical skills, meet other herbalists, connect with the community amongst other things.

The workshop is offered on a sliding scale. To learn more and fill out the application, go to the #linkinbio

Me mixing the #fallequinox2023 hydrosol blend last

Me mixing the #fallequinox2023 hydrosol blend last night as the sun was setting. The blend is equal parts lemongrass, lemon balm and tulsi hydrosols with 1/2 part of peppermint hydrosol. I really love the way it turned out, all the smells blended nicely. It is available for purchase (DM me) to support the 501c3, @Sassafras Grove, that Sue and I started to support the #fleurandforagefreeclinic
and other local projects. Stay tuned for more details.

Herbal Care and #firecider demonstration at the
#lazarushealthday . Word got around that we had some spicy vinegar, lavender body oil and some herbal lemonade...we ran out of the first two within the first hour! We also passed out a good chunk of the herbal and supplement donations we got over the last 2 weeks...the rest will be distributed on the 28th at @mercychurchatl .

It was great to reconnect with folks who visit our tent once/year and to make new connections. We shall see how many people show up for some fire cider on the 28th🤪.
