Gonna miss setting up the Fleur + Forage Free Clinic at this spot. But we will be back with @mercychurchatl when they find their next home. This community has shaped me as the community herbalist I am today and I am forever grateful for it🙏.

In the meantime, we will be at both the Friendship Center and Toesday in December.

Pre and post clinic pictures of the Nervous System box. Of all 6 boxes we bring this is the one that gets depleted the most (no matter the location). It contains aromatics, glycerites, topicals, capsules, herbal spice shakers and teas for sleep, pain and overall nervous system nourishment.

Once a month, I get together with friends who host

Once a month, I get together with friends who host an event called "Salon". As part of it, we all write a question and drop it into a bowl. The questions can be about anything and you answer the ones you want (makes for both serious convos and lots of laughter).

This month, mine was "what do you like most about your face?" (Inspired by my kids' journal prompts).

Another one was "what do you love most about your life right now?" to which I answered "the work I do with folks who experience homelessness and the volunteers who work with me" #grateful

Without the volunteers who show up several times a month to help me make the herbal preparations and/or be a clinician/host/apotheker ...the #fleurandforagefreeclinic would not be a thing. It really does take a village to support your community and continuously show up. Thank you!!

Exciting news! In March 2025, a Fleur + Forage Fre

Exciting news! In March 2025, a Fleur + Forage Free Clinic chapter will open in Athens, Ga. This project has been brewing for a few years but finally took some roots this summer when the F+F Free Clinic became a 501c3.
We are joining Ga Gives to raise funds for the new chapter so we can buy all the supplies that will be needed (such as a new Ryobi toolbox set, menstruums, tables, herbs, etc.).
