Cozy toes salves for the #holidaygiftbags made with rosemary essential oil (that I distilled with Lorna in the past several years). This salve, to me, has always been about bringing warmth and comfort during the cold winter months and rosemary essential oil adds an extra warming for the spirit.

As a side note, since the freeze last xmas killed a wide majority of rosemary I haven't been able to distill it this season and I miss it (#yearlyritual).

This one is led by the amazing @fleurandforageatl and we'll be on the West Side BeltLine, learning to forage for kudzu vines and then settling down at @bestendbrewing to make free-form baskets from the vines. The Persistence Assistance tincture blend was created in collaboration with a member of the @atlantaherbcollective for the Week of Action. Thanks to @soilnymph who just happened to donate several of her alcohol tinctures to the #fleurandforagefreeclinic .

It can all be made with alcohol, glycerite or a blend of both (my preference).

The recipe we made:

🌱Tulsi Alcohol 1 part
🌱Lemon Balm Alcohol 1 part
🌱Passionflower Alcohol 1/2part
🌱Cinnamon Glycerite 1/4 part
🌱Hawthorn Glycerite 1 part
🌱Ashwagandha + Eleuthero blend Alcohol 1/2 part

This Fall we are making Herbal Care Packs for the

This Fall we are making Herbal Care Packs for the folks @mercychurchatl and @ourgivinggarden. The ones for Mercy Community Church will be passed out at our last set-up of the year on December 14th, 2023 (already!). While the ones for Our Giving Garden will be dropped off in December to be added to their Food Pantry. The bags will be filled with herbal support and sanitary items for the winter months.

We need your help making 40 care packs that will help support folks during the cold winter months. I created a #wishlist on my website with a list of items we want to collect #linkinbio
All donations need to be received by December 7th, 2023.
