At the Fleur + Forage Mobile Herbal Clinic we believe that holistic healthcare is a basic need that needs to be accessible to everyone. Alongside free herbal care, we aim to offer holistic health services that would otherwise be inaccessible due to cost, location and/or access for the communities that we serve. These services are chair massage, Reiki and acupuncture. Our free clinic model is inspired by the Herbalista Free Clinic. The Fleur + Forage Free Clinic officially became a 501c3 in July 2024!!
Through our monthly herbal clinics and additional pop-ups, we focus on providing care for marginalized populations in Atlanta and its surrounding neighborhoods. Our remedies consist of a mix of herbal preparations, supplements and foods. All the herbal remedies are made in house by several local herbalists, including apprentices and practicing herbalists. Alongside the herbal portion of the clinic, there is an acupuncturist, a massage therapist, and Reiki practitioners. The Harriet Tubman Foot Clinic often sets-up with us. All services are offered free of charge to all participants.
Along with acupuncturist Oscar Sierra, we set-up the first Free Clinic on March 31, 2022 at Mercy Community Church.
Starting in August, 2024 the Fleur + Forage Free Clinic will be setting up three times a month at different locations.
Check out the Calendar regularly as I am keeping it updated with clinic set-ups.
