Today we were at the Atlanta Friendship Center. We offered herbal intakes, acupuncture and herbal tea. The herbal clinicians saw 12 returning customers and 4 new ones. Acupuncture had 6 customers with 2 being newcomers.

It was a gorgeous day to be outside in community.

We harvested 15 lbs which are now being dried in the Fleur + Forage Herbal Studio, let's see how many pounds it dries down to.

They will be used in our various topical salves for the Fleur and Forage Free Clinic.

Little rays of sunshine is all I could think about while harvesting☀️.

Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) is getting harvested and dried weekly for the Fleur and Forage Free Clinic. Getting used in teas and glycerites as soon as it is dried. Let's see if I can harvest enough to save some for the rest of the year.

A few pictures of the First Aid Station at Riverca

A few pictures of the First Aid Station at Rivercane Rendezvous. Pre and post wind on Tuesday...It was kinda impressive to see the wind pull the tarps off twice (first it was just a corner)!!! Thankfully no one got hurt and we "only" lost 32 Oz of Elderberry Syrup.

We got new tarps Tuesday night, thanks to the tarps' crew🙏. Both Jen Stovall and @hawthorn_hearth donated some of their Elderberry Syrup....thank you!

It was a very busy week at the station...lots of cuts, seasonal allergies, insects bites and hydration needs (we made lots of herbal electrolytes). Grateful for the crew...it is always nice to see how everyone's skills + knowledge come together.

The herbal first aid station is all packed up and ready for Rivercane Rendezvous next week. It is the 4th time I run the station at that location and I'm looking forward to it (along with camping). Just gotta fit it all in the van along with camping gear🤪.

2nd 📸: little care packs for staff. Hug-in-bottle tincture, spring tonic tincture and a rose water spritzer.
